That’s right, a cooking tip. Just discovered a new wonder of modern cookware ….. the roasting bag …. and had to tell
Throw some chunky chopped veggies into the bag, add a random selection of herbs’n’spices and a wee splash of olive oil.
Tie the bag, shake it up, snip a few holes, place on an oven proof dish and then into the oven at 180C for 30 mins.
Wow….I mean wow!!
